Returns & Australian Consumer Guarantees
At The Phantom Forge, most product is handmade or 3D printed with care. This means some minor cosmetic variations, print lines, or slight differences between batches may occur these are part of the handmade process, not faults.
However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item has a major problem. This includes when:
- The item is significantly different from the description or sample - It is
faulty or unsafe
What We Cover
- Items damaged in transit (with photo proof)
- Major print defects that affect the function or look (Layer Shifts & Inconsistent extrusion)
- Wrong items sent
What Is Not Covered
- Minor print lines or surface texture typical of 3D printing
- Slight variations in color, finish, or shape
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
How to Start a Return
- Email us at admin@thephantomforge.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number - Photos of the issue - A brief explanation
We'll work with you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law to provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
